How do I have to proceed with a return?

Items can of course be returned as long as they have only been tried on and have not already been worn or washed.

ATTENTION! Dirty, washed or defective products will not be accepted.

As soon as your returned items have arrived in our warehouse and have been checked, we will send you a voucher for our Gym Generation online shop to your email address.

With this voucher, you can then decide for yourself whether you would like to order the item in a different size or whether you would rather choose a completely different product. The voucher is valid for 5 years.
