What are our shipping costs?

If you live in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, we deliver free of charge to your home from a purchase value of CHF 100.-.

If you order goods with a value of less than CHF 100, we will charge you CHF 4.90 for shipping and packaging.

If you order from a country outside of Switzerland, you may be charged higher shipping costs. You will see what the shipping will cost you at checkout.

How long is our delivery time?

The shipping time within Switzerland takes about 2-5 working days .

The shipping time to countries outside of Switzerland takes about 5-12 working days .

Can I also pick up my order?

Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our warehouse/showroom in Neerach ZH after making an appointment in advance.

How can I track my order?

We send all our orders with Swiss Post.

As soon as the goods have left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.
